Returns & Refunds Policy

We offer a 30-day returns policy, which gives you additional time beyond your statutory rights to request a return. This means you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

If you no longer want your purchase and it remains unopened and unused, you can arrange to return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations, video games must be returned in their original packaging and remain sealed.

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage costs. You may either arrange your own return using a Royal Mail tracked service, or request that we supply a Royal Mail tracked return label, in which case £2.99 will be deducted from the refund amount.

If you choose to return the item using your own tracked service purchased at a Post Office, please ensure the parcel is fully tracked and retain proof of postage, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, a prepaid return shipping label will be provided.

To start a return, please contact us by clicking the link or email us at sales@gameraiduk.com. quoting your order number and reason for return. This helps us process your request more quickly. Once approved, you will be given access to our returns portal to complete the return.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 1 business day of the return being delivered back to us.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, typically this is between 2- 5 days depending on the financial institution.

You will be notified by email about the progress of the refund.

For approved change-of-mind returns, the refund will include the item price and original outbound postage. Return postage costs are non-refundable.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or digital downloads or code in the box products

Incorrect or Different Items Returned

If a returned item does not match the product originally supplied (for example, a different game, platform, edition, or condition), the return will be treated as invalid.

Refunds will be withheld until the correct item is received.

If the correct item cannot be returned, no refund will be issued. Any costs associated with returning the incorrect item back to the customer are the responsibility of the customer.

All returned items are inspected on receipt to confirm they match the original order.

Condition of Returned Items

  • Returned items must be in the same condition as supplied.
  • New & sealed items must remain unopened and unused.
  • Items returned opened, used, damaged, or substituted with a different product may be refused or partially refunded, with deductions reflecting any loss in value caused by handling or use.

Disputed Returns

If there is a discrepancy between the item supplied and the item returned:

We will contact the customer to resolve the issue.

Clear photographic and dispatch records may be used to assess the return.

Refunds will remain on hold while the return is under review.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
