Returns & Refunds Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item on the delivery date to request a return.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you no longer want your purchase and it remains unopened and unused, you can arrange to return it to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund. In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations games must be in their original packaging and still be sealed.

When your return is accepted, we’ll send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package, we use a Royal Mail tracked service which is accepted at all Post Offices which will give you updates to the items journey back to use.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, Once approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 1 business day after the return has been delivered back to us. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, typically this is between 3- 5 days depending on the financial institution.

You will be notified by email about the progress of the refund.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or digital downloads or code in the box products

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
